At Miracle Auto Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable products (e.g., used cleaners, damaged packaging due to customer handling).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
  • Clearance or final sale items (as marked).

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at miracleautocare.in@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.
  3. Once approved, ship the item to our return address (provided by our team).
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll initiate your refund.

4. Refund Method

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days in metro cities.
  • 5–8 business days in other areas, depending on the location and courier service.

Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistical issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹2000.
  • A flat rate of ₹100 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can track your order status anytime.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.


6. Delivery Partners
